Pasta pan with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 300 g mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 200 g smoked bacon, diced
  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 2 large onions or 1 vegetable onion
  • 250 ml cream (cooking cream)
  • 1 small jar of red wine
  • possibly cornstarch to thicken
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the vegetables and mushrooms. Brown the onions, leeks, and bacon in hot oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with red wine. Pour in the cream, thickening with cornstarch if desired. Drain the pasta and serve with the vegetables.
