Turkey with plum sauce and tortellini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 600 g turkey meat, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
  • 250 g prunes
  • 500 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g tortellini

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Soak the prunes in water for 12 hours. Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey, onions, and garlic cloves for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the mushrooms and continue frying briefly, then add the prunes and water and simmer for 6 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook the tortellini and drain. Then add to the sauce and serve immediately.
