Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g farfalle
- 1 jar tomato(s), dried
- 1 jar red pesto
- ½ jar black olives, sliced
- 1 serving of lamb’s lettuce
- ½ pack of cocktail tomatoes

Prepare the farfalle according to the package instructions in lightly salted water. After cooking, either let the pasta stand for a while or cool it in cold water. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thirds and place them in a bowl. Add the pesto and olives to the bowl. Add the farfalle to the bowl and mix. Wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Trim the lamb’s lettuce and add it to the bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add it to the bowl.
