Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (bow tie pasta)
  • 50 g tomatoes, dried
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 1 small can of corn (150 g)
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice (150 g)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g yogurt 1.5%
  • 100 g Miracle Whip Balance
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cook the bow-tie pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and let cool. Finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini, sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, let cool, and add to the pasta. Stir in the corn and shredded tuna. Finely dice the garlic clove, mix with the yogurt and Miracle Whip, and toss thoroughly with the salad ingredients. Let it marinate in the refrigerator.
