Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g noodles (kritharaki)
  • salt water
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 4 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix (kitchen herbs)
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix (paprika and herbs)
  • 14 tbsp oil
  • 18 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Kritharaki salad

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual and let it cool slightly. Chop the cooked ham into small pieces and halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes (as desired). Prepare the ready-made mix with oil and water according to the package instructions and stir it into the pasta. Add the ham, tomatoes, and cheese and serve.
