Pasta salad with cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, e.g. ring pasta
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 300 g cheese (e.g. butter cheese)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without mayo

Cook the pasta. Wash the bell peppers and dice them. Peel the spring onions and slice them into rings. Dice the cheese. Mix everything together. Make the dressing from the remaining ingredients (mix or shake vigorously) and then pour it over the salad.
