Pasta salad with feta and corn

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions, drain, and transfer to a salad bowl. Finely chop the feta and add it to the pasta. Add the corn as well. Now pour over the sunflower oil and vinegar and toss the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
