Pasta salad with Sylt salad cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 150 g salad cream (Sylt style)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, slice or finely grate the cucumber, carrots, and apple. Thinly slice the spring onions. Combine all ingredients in a bowl along with the salad dressing and yogurt and mix. Add the warm pasta and mix everything together. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
