Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 250 g ham
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- Mandarin juice (can)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the rice. Dice the bell pepper, ham, and onion. Mix the tangerine juice and mayonnaise with the vinegar and tomato paste. Add the bell pepper, tangerines, ham, and onion. Stir in the rice and season the salad with salt, curry powder, and pepper.
