Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 1 jar peas and carrots (large jar)
- 3 m.-large gherkins
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the mandarin oranges, carrots, and cucumbers and add them to a bowl with the peas. Stir in the al dente pasta while still hot. Add the mayonnaise, a little cucumber juice, and some of the pea juice. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
