Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s) (reserve some juice for the salad dressing)
- 1 small can of mushrooms, drained
- 1 small jar of asparagus tips, drained
- mayonnaise
- Sugar
- some cucumber juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Cook the pasta, drain, and let cool. In the meantime, drain the mandarins (reserve the juice), asparagus heads, and mushrooms. Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Season the mayonnaise with sugar, pepper, and a little mandarin and cucumber juice to make a delicious dressing. Season with salt, but only a little. Mix everything together and season again. The salad should have a fruity, sweet, and tart flavor. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
