Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, preferably spirals
- 200 g peas, fresh or frozen
- 10 half tomatoes, dried, marinated in oil (link to recipe below)
- 200 ml tomato sauce (link to recipe below)
- 20 basil leaves, cut into very fine strips
- some lime zest, grated
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, black
- 2 tbsp olive oil, mild
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the peas. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and let cool. In the meantime, slice the pickled tomatoes. Finely chop the basil. Grate the lime zest. Mix the pasta in a bowl with the peas, tomato strips, basil, tomato sauce, and grated lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
