Pasta salad with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 small can of corn, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until tender, drain, and let cool. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber, halve it, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon, then cut it into small pieces. Drain the tuna and combine it with the mayonnaise and cucumber in a bowl. Add the pasta and mix everything together. Refrigerate for a few hours. If you like, you can also add a small can of corn. I adopted this pasta salad from my English host mother.
