Pasta salad with yogurt and sweet mustard

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt, not set
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let it cool (if you’re in a hurry, just run it under cold water). While the pasta is cooking, mix the yogurt, mustard, and salt (we don’t usually have salt in the pasta water, hence the supposedly high amount of salt). Mix the cold pasta with the sauce, and you’re done. It can be served immediately, but can also wait in the refrigerator until needed. Tips: If you like, add two tablespoons of chopped chives. They add a very slight hint of oniony spiciness, but aren’t overpowering. Diced boiled eggs also go well.
