Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of pasta, of your choice
- 1 ½ packs of cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 package of pine nuts, possibly roasted
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 tbsp pesto
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

can also be very tasty
Cook pasta (fussili and farfalle are particularly good, but any pasta will do) and let it cool. Toss the cold pasta with halved or quartered cherry tomatoes and arugula. Toast the pine nuts, if desired, and stir them in. Prepare a 2:1 vinegar/oil sauce with pepper, basil, and 1 tablespoon of pesto. Pour over the pasta and mix everything together.
