Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g pasta
- salt water
- 3 shallots
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 125 ml cream
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp capers
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick and easy
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Slice the shallots and peppers. Peel and mince the garlic. Sauté everything in a pan, deglaze with cream, add tomato paste, ketchup, tuna, and capers, and simmer for one minute. Finally, toss the pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
