Pasta sauce with mascarpone

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ handful of basil leaves
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic
  • some onion(s)
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian

Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil. Stir in the passata and a pinch of sugar, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Tear about 1/2 handful of basil leaves slightly and add them to the sauce. Then puree with an immersion blender. Add the mascarpone and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
