Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g small pasta, also leftovers from the day before, here penne
- 100 ml pesto of your choice
- 80 g mozzarella, grated
- Spice(s) of your choice
- 10 wooden skewers
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta and let it cool, or use leftover pasta from the day before. I fit about 10 penne on a wooden skewer. Spread with pesto, season to taste, and top with grated mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes. It’s perfect as finger food at a party buffet and tastes delicious cold, too.
