Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 125 g spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g grated cheese (any type)
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in approximately 1 liter of salted water for approximately 10 minutes according to the package instructions. Drain. Beat the eggs. Combine the egg mixture, cheese, and a pinch of salt with the cooked pasta. Heat the margarine in a pan. Place the pasta mixture in the form of small tortillas in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
