Pasta va bene – Pasta with South Tyrolean Kaminwurzn and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g Kaminwurzn
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack Emmental cheese, approx. 250 g, grated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 some butter
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion and, in the meantime, cut the Kaminwurzn into small pieces. Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the onions and Kaminwurzn to the pan and fry lightly. Chop the ham, add it, and fry briefly. Add the cooked pasta and fry for a few minutes. Add the cream cheese and let it melt, then add the grated Emmental cheese. Let everything fry for a moment. Serve with a beer.
