  • some oil for frying
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 300 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 250 ml Cremefine (7% fat)
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 200 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onion and press the garlic. Slice the mushrooms. Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a pan until crumbly, then add the onions and garlic. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook until al dente. It should still have a bit of bite. Meanwhile, add the mushrooms to the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set the heat to medium. Pour in the Cremefine, add the oregano, and stir. Crumble about half of the feta cheese and add it to melt slightly. Add 2 ladles of pasta water. Then drain the pasta through a sieve. Stir the pasta and the remaining crumbled feta cheese into the sauce. Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then season again to taste.
