Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g asparagus
- 400 g broccoli
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g pasta
- salt water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the asparagus into pieces and the broccoli into florets. Press the garlic. Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the asparagus, broccoli, and garlic for about 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Then add the mascarpone, simmer until creamy, and season with the vegetable stock. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Add the pasta to the vegetables, toss, and serve.
