Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
- 1 pack of diced ham
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual. Brown the ham cubes without oil. Add the asparagus and sauté briefly. Add the cream. Mix in the herbs de Provence and a little pepper. Simmer gently. Pour everything over the pasta. Serve with a turkey steak.
