Pasta with beans and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 100 g beans (princess beans)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 g beans, white, from the can
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g tomatoes, dried
  • oregano
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water. Trim and halve the green beans, and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent. Add the pureed and sun-dried tomatoes, white beans, and green beans, and season with salt and oregano. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the spaghetti and mix. Serve the pasta on plates and crumble the feta cheese over the top.
