Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 9 sausages (sausages, spicy)
  • 9 sausages (natural sausages)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 handful of black and pitted olives
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • e.g. olive oil
  • n. B. white wine
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 ciabatta

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

It’s easy to prepare and super tasty!

Quarter the potatoes and pre-boil for about 10 minutes. Slice the leek into rings and halve the tomatoes. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil and white wine, then add the potatoes, leek, and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Then place the sausages on top and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the ingredients sizzle evenly in the broth. After 25 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve with ciabatta.
