Pasta with chard, smoked salmon and Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, any
  • 1 bunch of chard, washed and chopped
  • 100 g smoked salmon, diced
  • 125g Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup sour cream, or crème fraîche
  • 1 onion(s), peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • some chili powder, or a dried chili pepper finely chopped
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the chili powder and smoked salmon and roast briefly. Add the chard and let it wilt. Crumble the Gorgonzola and add it to the pan. Stir in the sour cream or crème fraîche and stir over low heat until the cheese has melted. Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce.
