Pasta with cheese, cream and zucchini sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 4 tbsp cheese (grated cheese)
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 200 g pasta
  • some oil
  • e.g. milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the pasta water. Wash and slice the zucchini. Once the pasta is in the water, heat the oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices. Combine the vegetable stock with the cream and water in a cup and add to the pan. Heat until heated through. Stir in the flour until smooth and thickened. Sprinkle the cheese over the pasta and stir in (the amount can vary). Thin with a little milk, if desired. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pan.
