Pasta with chicken and herb butter tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 62 ½ g herb butter
  • 300 g chicken
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some basil
  • some oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook 500g of pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. This takes about 10 minutes. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan (speed 3) and sear the chicken well on all sides (about 8 minutes). Add half a packet of herb butter to the pan and melt. Add the can of diced tomatoes and bring to a boil briefly. Season with basil and oregano. Mix with the pasta in the pot.
