Pasta with fresh chanterelles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g chanterelles
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 ml cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some parsley, chopped
  • some butter
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with butter. Add the cream and simmer until reduced by half. Season with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix with the pasta and serve.
