Pasta with Gorgonzola and spinach sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g leaf spinach, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Pour the milk into a saucepan and thaw the spinach over medium heat. Then gradually add the Gorgonzola cheese until it has melted and combined with the milk. Add a little more salt to taste. The cooked pasta can be wonderfully tossed with the sauce or served on its own.
