Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 peppers, red or yellow
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 package of tomatoes, pureed, 500 ml
- ½ jar peanut butter, with pieces
- e.g. chili powder
- n. B. Salt

Chop the onions into small pieces and slice the bell peppers. First, fry the onions in oil until translucent, then add the bell peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the passata. Stir in the peanut butter. Season to taste with salt and chili powder, and you’re done. I always serve this dish with small dumplings. However, it also tastes good with rice.
