Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g minute steak(s) of pork
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
very fast, alternatively vegetarian or with meat
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Briefly boil the broccoli florets in salted water. Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic clove. Place all the vegetables and spices in a blender and puree. Heat the oil in a pan and simmer the vegetable puree for a maximum of 2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add a little of the broccoli water. Deglaze everything with cream and mix with the tagliatelle. The pureeing and very short cooking time keep the flavor of all the ingredients nice and fresh. Alternative with meat: Cut the steak into small cubes, sear the cubes in the pan for a maximum of 1 minute, and then remove from the pan. Then reduce the vegetable puree as described above and finally add the meat back in along with the cream and mix.
