Pasta with leaf spinach

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 750 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tsp flour to thicken
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 dash of oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the onions and mince the garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the spinach and thaw over low heat. Once the spinach is thawed, sift the flour over it. Stir in the sour cream, add the Parmesan, and season with salt, pepper, and vegetable broth. Sprinkle more Parmesan on the plate to taste.
