Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

  • 80 ml balsamic vinegar (crema di)
  • ¼ liter dry red wine

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil, then add the chopped onions and finely sliced ​​garlic towards the end and cook. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the minced meat. Add the diced zucchini and continue cooking briefly. Now, briefly chop the canned tomatoes with a hand blender, leaving small pieces; do not completely puree! Add to the minced meat and reduce. Deglaze with the red wine. Now add the remaining balsamic vinegar. Simmer everything for about 20 minutes. We like this best with pasta.
