Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g pine nuts
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 g tomato(s) (cocktail tomatoes)
- 50 ml cream
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 chili pepper(s), dried
- n. B. Basil for garnishing
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- 500 g pasta of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook pasta of your choice in plenty of water according to the package instructions until al dente. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat. Add the diced onion and crush the garlic. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them along with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble in the chili pepper. Bring everything to a boil. Then mix this sauce with the drained pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
