Pasta with salmon and tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • some tomato paste
  • some olive oil
  • 100 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 2 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • possibly Parmesan

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. First, fry the diced tomatoes in a little olive oil (about 2 minutes). Deglaze with the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes, until the tomatoes melt and the sauce thickens slightly. Now add the sliced ​​salmon to the sauce and simmer briefly. Season to taste with vegetable stock, pepper, chili powder, and paprika. Serve the spaghetti with the salmon sauce and, if desired, Parmesan cheese on a deep plate.
