Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 500g pasta
- 200 g tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil,
- 150 ml Cremefine, or cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, marjoram, oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta with the herbs. Meanwhile, remove some oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté the garlic and shrimp. Deglaze with the crème fraîche or cream, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and add them. Season to taste, then mix the sauce with the cooked pasta.
