Pasta with shrimp and dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s)
  • 500g pasta
  • 200 g tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil,
  • 150 ml Cremefine, or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, marjoram, oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta with the herbs. Meanwhile, remove some oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté the garlic and shrimp. Deglaze with the crème fraîche or cream, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and add them. Season to taste, then mix the sauce with the cooked pasta.
