Seafood cream sauce with spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mixed seafood, peeled
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pkt. herb cream cheese
  • 1 tsp, leveled broth
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • some parsley
  • lots of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Very, very tasty and quick

Boil water with salt for the spaghetti. When it boils, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and sauté the peeled garlic cloves. Add the mixed seafood (e.g., prawns, squid rings, mussels) and fry for about 5-8 minutes (do not allow to brown). Mix the spices and herbs into the seafood, then add the cream, herb cheese, and stock. Heat gently. Plate the spaghetti and drizzle with the seafood cream sauce. Tip: Cocktail tomatoes are delicious in the sauce and look great.
