Pasta with shrimps and tomatoes in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 125 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • n. B. Parsley, 8 herbs, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and dice the cherry tomatoes. Sauté the onions in olive oil until slightly translucent. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry until lightly browned. Then add the crème fraîche and simmer gently. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, if desired. Only when the pasta is almost cooked, add the chopped tomatoes to the pan to prevent them from becoming too soft, and season the sauce to taste. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
