Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, preferably spiral pasta
  • 1 pack of spinach, frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g shrimp
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the shrimp in a pan with butter and garlic. Add the spinach and sour cream. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix everything with the pasta and serve immediately.
