Pasta with tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • some basil, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions and drain. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan. Wash and chop the tomatoes, and add them to the oil. Briefly fry and deglaze with the soy cream. Then puree and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and the dried basil. Add the cooked pasta, mix well, and serve.
