Pasta pan with tomatoes and onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 tomato(s) or more as desired
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vegetarian, simple, affordable

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Quarter and slice the tomatoes. Use one or two, depending on the size and taste. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the pasta and, after 1 minute, add the tomato slices. Fry until the tomatoes are tender, stirring frequently. Season to taste with plenty of salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
