Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 250 g tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, almonds, and garlic clove. Grate the carrot and add. Briefly fry the parsley, almonds, garlic clove, and carrot. Bring the tomato sauce to a boil, add the fried ingredients, and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
