Pasta with tomato paste and Parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 70 g Parmesan
  • some herbs of Provence
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simple and fast

Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the breadcrumbs. Drain the pasta and add it to the breadcrumbs. Grate the Parmesan cheese and stir in along with the tomato paste and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry everything together.
