Pasta with tomatoes à la Susi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ pack of pasta
  • 6 tomatoes, fresh
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some spice mix (pizza seasoning)
  • 70 g cream cheese, or white wine (depending on your preference)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • some oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Dice the onion and tomatoes and fry in the oil until the mixture takes on a sauce-like consistency. Season with the spices and add the cream cheese or white wine at the end. Dice the mozzarella. Add the cooked pasta and mix everything together. Turn off the heat and let it simmer until the cheese has melted.
