Pasta with vegetables in cream and mustard sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • some margarine
  • ½ pack of cream cheese spread, approx. 100 g
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ jar water

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and quick to prepare

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Heat a little margarine in a pan. Finely chop the onions. Dice the zucchini and tomatoes. Add the onion to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add the zucchini and fry briefly. Season with pepper. Add the cream and tomatoes to the pan and simmer slightly. Add the mustard and processed cheese and continue simmering until the sauce has a creamy consistency. Season with pepper and salt. If the sauce is too runny for your liking, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with water and gradually add it to the gently simmering sauce. Stir the sauce continuously, as it can stick quickly. Serve with the pasta.
