Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml water
- 5 tea bags (chai tea)
- ½ tsp ginger, chopped
- 2 pinches lemongrass paste
- 75 g sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 200 ml vodka
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil the water, pour it over the tea and ginger. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then dissolve the sugar and add the lemongrass paste. Let it cool, then strain through a sieve. Add the cream and vodka and whisk with a hand blender for a few minutes. Then pour into a bottle.
