Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta (Fregola sarda tostata)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 ml white wine
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Preparation in the Kenwood Cooking Chef
Finely dice the onion. Attach the flexi-mixer. Sauté the olive oil and diced onion at 100°C (212°F) on speed 2 for about 5 minutes. Then add the fregola sarda and mix with the onions. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly. Then add the chicken stock and place the splash guard on the bowl. Cook everything for about 20-25 minutes. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
