  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 20 g Butter
  • 275 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 5 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 pinch Cinammon

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Butter
  • 40 ml Port wine
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Chopped pistachios

Pasteis de nata

  1. For the pasteis de nata, grease a muffin baking pan well. Cut out twelve circles with a diameter of 10-12 cm from the puff pastry, place them in the hollows of the baking tin, press lightly on the edge and chill.

  1. Fill the hollows of the muffin pan halfway with the cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve while still slightly warm.
