Pastries: Blueberry Pillows

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 1 packet Baked pudding
  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon curd
  • 0,25 ml Milk
  • 1 Msp Ground vanilla pod
  1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 6 parts. Fold the ends about half a centimeter. Make holes in the dough with a fork. Make the pudding according to the instructions on the package. I stirred in vanilla and a tablespoon of lemon curd under it (was leftover that had to go).
  2. Spread the pudding mixture on the puff pastry and place the washed blueberries on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. The pillows taste good with (or without) cream.
